Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Manage team performance through effective training, coaching, and development.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Oversee kitchen management, including food preparation and ordering.
- Ensure proper inventory management of supplies and equipment.
- Implement shift management strategies to optimize staff scheduling and productivity.
- Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and reporting.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management or a related field.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
