Leather Installer

Outlaw Conversions is seeking qualified craftsman/installer who can effectively multi-task in fast-paced manufacturing plant. This position will be required to install leather or material on walls and ceilings of each trailer unit, as well as install carpet in the trailer nose and closets and fuel tanks, install shower walls, build all corner & above slide caps, cover RV door, and cut material covering A/C vent holes for access. Installer will also be responsible for completing paperwork and vacuum each unit before notating trailer unit as complete.

Primary Job Duties

• Read and understand sales paperwork & floor plans to ensure that appropriate materials are pulled for installation and that installation is accurate as per customer requirements.
• Complete necessary paperwork, including Checksheets, parts request forms, and other required documentation.
• Perform, follow, and comply with applicable manufacturing safety and quality assurance practices.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to follow applicable work instructions, standard operating procedures, and complete necessary units as per job schedule requirements.
• Must be able to use basic hand and power tools and read a tape measurer accurately.
• Installs leather and other materials on walls and ceilings.
• Installs carpet in trailer nose, closets, and fuel tanks.
• Install shower walls in each unit.
• Build all corner & above slide caps as required by paperwork.
• Cover RV doors in each unit
• Cut material covering A/C vent holes for access.
• Document missing parts and notate it according to production guidelines.
• Build miscellaneous wood components and wrap in carpet or leather as required.
• Performs basic cleaning duties such as vacuuming, sweeping, and putting away trash to keep work area clean in between trailers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
