What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations & Maintenance Manager position at Outlets at Conroe?
The Outlets at Conroe is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Manager who will be supporting the General Manager of Outlets at Conroe, and overall office management functions and activities as well as be responsible for maintaining the facilities by providing hands on maintenance & repair functions and landscape maintenance, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the common areas and parking lots.
This is a fully onsite position and there will be no relocation assistance.
Duties to include but not be limited to the following :
- Maintain Outlets at Conroe, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the common areas and parking lots areas for both employees and customers adhering to the standards set by the company for cleanliness and appearance as well as public safety.
- Maintain the property landscape ensuring landscape beds are well groomed, lawns are mowed, and irrigation is in good working condition.
- Monitor the condition of the roof and HVAC equipment and report issues to the General Manager.
- Monitor the condition of the LED sign and HVAC equipment and report issues to the General Manager.
- Work with Vendors for proper roof access.
- Provide access to spaces for viewing or taking photos as requested by leasing.
- Maintain working knowledge and adhere to all safety procedures established for Outlets at Conroe.
