- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while ensuring products are stocked and displayed properly.
- Conduct product demonstrations to promote sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and provide accurate change during transactions.
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries related to store operations or product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Skills
- Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing.
- Strong understanding of retail math concepts for accurate pricing and change calculations.
