What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pouch Machine Operator position at Outlook Group LLC?
Outlook Group is seeking a dedicated Pouch Operator to be part of our Flexible Packaging team on either 2nd or 3rd shift- hours can be flexible! This person will set up and run our pouching machine, ensure the job is running properly, and check quality throughout the run. You will also provide support to other department equipment such as slitters and a laminator.

Qualified applicants will have:
- Previous experience operating a pouching machine
- Ability to set up and operate a machine
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and mathematical skills
