Position Title : Inventory Associate
Position Status : Full Time
Salary Grade : $19.00 - $24.00 / per hour
Work Hours : 8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm
Summary of Position :
The Inventory Associate is responsible for loading and unloading materials from various transport vehicles, using a shrink wrap machine to carefully assemble orders on pallets, collaborating with the logistics facilitator for smooth shipping and receiving. A crucial part of the team, the operator ensures products meet quality standards in tissue product manufacturing processes set by Outlook Nebraska.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned).
Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles.
Performs the operation of the shrink wrap machine.
Correctly assembles orders onto pallets for finished warehousing and shipping.
Coordinates with logistics facilitator to ensure effectiveness of all shipping and receiving tasks.
Must have a basic understanding of products and processes used to produce tissue products.
Ensures all products meet the Outlook Nebraska quality standards.

Required Education – Experience
Able to complete forklift operating certification
Basic math and reading skills
