Outpatient Diagnostic Center of Alabama is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate individual who is a strong communicator to join an energetic, patient-focused team! Come and join our team as a Diagnostic Radiographer - Multi-modality Tech Assistant for a Full-Time position at our outpatient imaging center located in Huntsville .
Must hold ARRT Licensure. Position will primarily be Technologist Assistant, with some X-Ray Scanning, as needed. Exposure to all modalities and cross-training opportunities.
Hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:30am-6:00pm.

Experience
Must have a minimum Associates Degree in Radiography or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.
License/Certification Requirements
Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration from ARRT. BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.

Experience
- Phlebotomy and IV access skills a plus.
- New graduate Radiologic Technologist encouraged to apply.

- Demonstrates understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, radiopharmacology, and medical terminology.
- Knowledge of computer applications, including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and retrieving of data.
- Ability to work efficiently as an extension of certified/registered staff or licensed independent practitioner.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
- Demonstrates understanding of human anatomy and medical terminology.
- Knowledge of computer applications, including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and retrieving of data.
