UVA Imaging is growing and seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist for PRN Day positions at our outpatient imaging center located at Zion Crossroads. Charlottesville Virginia is a popular destination for people looking to relocate for its natural beauty, culture, and quality of life . It's a small city with a college town feel and is home to the University of Virginia.
Located in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Charlottesville, Virginia. We are seeking skilled and genuine care givers who are committed to positively contributing to the patient's overall experience which we consistently rank in the National Top Ten percentile.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE :
- Up to 1 year experience as a Mammography Technologist
EDUCATION :
LICENSE / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration from ARRT. Must also hold a Mammography advanced registration through ARRT. Additionally, must meet the VA state licensure requirement. BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
