UVA Imaging is growing and seeking an LPN for a Full-time Weekend 2 days at our outpatient imaging center located in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Charlottesville, Virginia.
We are seeking skilled and genuine care givers who are committed to positively contributing to the patient's overall experience which we consistently rank in the National Top Ten percentile. Charlottesville Virginia is a popular destination for people looking to relocate for its natural beauty, culture, and quality of life . It's a small city with a college town feel and is home to the University of Virginia. Located in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
This position would work closely with the imaging technologist screening and prepping patients for their exams.
JOB SUMMARY :
Under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor, Registered Nurse, or Licensed Independent Practitioner, the LPN :
- Is responsible for providing nursing care as directed by physicians and registered nurses.
- Ensures services are performed in a safe environment in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Serves as part of the imaging center team and seeks as well as provides feedback for improved clinical practice.
