What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orthopedic and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist - part to full-time position at Outpatient Physical Therapy?
Full-Time Physical Therapist - Orthopedic & Pelvic Health
Location: Puyallup, WA
Outpatient Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time to full-time Physical Therapist to join our regionally recognized Pelvic Floor program in our Puyallup clinic! This unique role offers the best of both worlds-half of your time will be dedicated to traditional orthopedic physical therapy, while the other half will focus on pelvic floor therapy, working alongside a Board Certified (WCS) Pelvic Floor Therapist. If you're looking for variety in your caseload, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team, this is the perfect fit!
This position offers a diverse and rewarding caseload, allowing you to split your time between orthopedic and pelvic health patients, giving you the opportunity to broaden your clinical expertise and grow in both areas. We provide hands-on mentorship for therapists seeking to deepen their skills, with structured opportunities for continuing education and specialization. As a therapist-led, privately owned company with nine clinics in South King and Pierce Counties, we foster a collaborative, patient-first environment where your voice is valued and your professional development is encouraged.
We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist (or one eligible for WA state licensure) who has experience or interest in pelvic floor physical therapy. We are happy to provide the necessary Continuing Education coursework in Pelvic Floor Treatment for the right candidate. A strong foundation in orthopedic physical therapy and manual therapy skills is ideal, along with a passion for helping patients restore movement, build confidence, and improve their quality of life through personalized care.
This opportunity includes a competitive salary and benefits package, including a revenue sharing pay model that rewards your hard work and dedication. You'll be part of a fun, motivated, and team-oriented work culture with flexible scheduling options designed to support your work-life balance. If you're a motivated, compassionate PT who enjoys variety in your practice and wants to be part of a fantastic team, we'd love to hear from you!
