This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. While previous experience in a similar role is not required, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, proactive, and has a forward-thinking approach. A general familiarity with the healthcare field is beneficial, but we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm and welcoming environment by greeting and supporting on-site patients.

Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls appropriately and ensuring clear communication.

Input, update, and maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Work collaboratively with clinical staff to efficiently manage patient scheduling and ensure smooth daily operations.

Process medical record requests in a timely and confidential manner.

Communicate effectively with insurance companies to verify patient eligibility, secure authorizations, and address coverage inquiries.

Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support the front office and clinic operations.
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator. You should be able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and think proactively to solve problems. While experience in healthcare administration or medical reception is a plus, it's not required-we provide all the training you need! Familiarity with medical terminology, EMR systems, and insurance processes can be helpful, but most importantly, we want a positive team player who's eager to learn and grow.
