Position Overview: As our Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing schedules, tasks, and communications for our executive team. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize will be key in ensuring smooth operations in our busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and edit emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of executives
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
- Organize meetings and schedules, send reminders, and manage daily agendas
- Answer phone calls and accurately document messages and follow-ups
- Multi-task and prioritize time-sensitive matters effectively
Qualifications:
- INCREDIBLY organized with a keen eye for detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- Reliability is a MUST
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills
- 3 years of experience in an executive support role preferred
