Position Description:
Outpost Technologies is seeking a dedicated Program Integrator (Integration Ops) to ensure the successful integration of multiple programs, systems, and stakeholders in support of the Integrated Fires initiatives. We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of program management principles, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills to drive collaboration and coordination across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integration plans to align multiple programs, systems, and stakeholders with strategic and operational objectives
- Identify and document stakeholder needs, expectations, and concerns in a stakeholder management matrix/plan
- Provide input to program teams on programmatic integration-related matters
- Identify, assess, and recommend mitigations or capture plans for integration-related risks and opportunities
- Facilitate communication and coordination among product teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Develop, measure, analyze, and improve processes and procedures related to Integrated Fires program integration
- Document and present integration-related plans, status, and outcomes in professional reports and presentation materials
- Capture lessons learned and support knowledge management efforts across the Integrated Fires program integration space
Basic Qualifications:
- US Citizenship
- DoD Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
- DAWIA Program Management and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Master’s Degree with 10 years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 18 years of experience OR No degree and 22 years experience in a relevant field (engineering, project management, business, etc.)
- Experience with DoD/Army, defense industry and related stakeholders
- Proven experience in program management, specifically in the defense industry with a focus on missile defense systems
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in missile defense
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
