Position Description:
Outpost Technologies is seeking a Sr. Project Support Analyst to provide comprehensive support for PEO Missiles & Space (M&S) Integrated Fires Programs. This role is critical in ensuring seamless project execution, knowledge management, and cross-functional coordination within a PM/PEO environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and skilled in anticipating challenges while maintaining effective communication across teams and leadership.
Position Responsibilities:
- Anticipate Product Manager’s (PdM) needs and generate/propose/execute solutions to routine issues and novel situations.
- Conduct adjacent staff and other organization coordination.
- Practice soft skills (listen, empathize, and communicate effectively) to address any conflicts or disagreements that may arise.
- Manage the assignment, tracking, and configuration control of all Staff Actions Control Officer (SACO) tasks, as they relate to PdM C-UAS, from end-to-end. This includes assuring all assigned tasks are received, assigned/coordinated, and tracked to completion.
- Develop and maintain knowledge management processes and repositories to ensure maximum portability of total integration effort between PdM C-UAS personnel and/or other program offices.
- Act as a liaison and provide support for PEO M&S and Deputy for Acquisition and Systems Management (DASM) leadership, ensuring the PdM’s strategic messaging and situational awareness are maintained.
- Complete other tasks to facilitate the PdM’s ability to lead the organization. These include: Assist with special projects; design and produce complex documents, manage Integrated Master Schedules, Monthly Acquisition Reports, and presentations; collect and prepare information for meetings with staff and outside parties; propose and prepare correspondence; maintain contact list
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and eternal entities on all PdM- related matters.
- Analyze, prioritize, and recommend courses of action supporting the PdM’s organizational policies.
- Sustain open communication with senior organizational leadership and staff.
- Evaluate and assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved workflow.
- Forecast future needs as the organization grows.
Basic Qualifications:
- US Citizenship
- Must have an Active and Transferable DoD Security Clearance with current investigation at SECRET level to start work
- Must be able to maintain the required clearance for duration of employment
- Master’s Degree with 10 years OR Bachelor’s Degree with 18 years of experience working in the Federal and/or industry workforce in a respective technical/professional discipline
- Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft related applications
- Must be able to work in-person, onsite at assigned location 5 days per week (M-F), 8 hours per day
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with classified and Special Access Programs (SAP) work
- Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management certification
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Active/transferable/sustainable TS/SCI with current investigation at the required level
