Outreach is hiring a Full-time Resource Development Support Specialist at Outreach Central Office. The Resource Development Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and reception support to the Resource Development team. This role will assist with donor acknowledgment processes, coordinate donor events, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Additionally, the specialist will provide front desk coverage for the Office Manager as needed, ensuring seamless office operations and professional engagement with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- The Research Development Support Specialist will provide meeting support, manage correspondence, and handle donor acknowledgments.
- The Research Development Support Specialist maintain office organization, track budget expenditures, and coordinate supplies.
- Manage donor databases, process donations, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist with donor stewardship, ensuring timely thank-you communications.
- Support fundraising events, donor care efforts, and general administrative tasks.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 4:30 pm.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of administrative and office management experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
