Position : Floor Manager
The Floor Manager is responsible for the delivery and implementation of long term supervision, support and services to a population of chemically dependent clients. The Floor Manager serves as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team. Tues-Sat 7 : 30a-3 : 30p
Job Scope :
- Initial and ongoing screening of resident and resident property in accordance with unit procedure.
- Supervise clients in self-medication (under supervision).
- Communicate all pertinent information, incidents and emergencies using the appropriate system including the CR communication log, incident reports and 24 hour on-call supervisor.
- Provide crisis interventions and follow up including documentation of the incident, accident and / or other client-related incident.
- Overall supervision and management of client population, and oversight daily house schedule.
- Other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time non-exempt position.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and outside in the field. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Must be able to travel among assigned sites and locations as needed.
