Maintains and reorders janitorial supplies.
Completes minor repairs in buildings.
Oversees warranty work of vendors.
Monitor vehicle maintenance.
Other duties required by management.
Candidate must have :
NYS Driver's license clean.
Certain criminal background will be reviewed.
Day hours.
Must be willing to drive among sites on LI, Queens, and Brooklyn.
