Outreach Health is looking for Nurses for immediate hire to provide skilled nursing services to pediatric patients in the comfort of the patient's home. We are looking for nurses that can work with patients with G-button feeding tubes, Ventilators, tracheostomy, etc. Outreach Health utilizes state-of-the-art technology allowing electronic charting at the point of care. Qualifications:
- MUST have 6 months of nursing experience
- Active Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed to practice in Texas
- Current CPR Certification
- Proof of Eligibility to work in the United States
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the Active Plan of Care, as ordered by the physician
- Must be detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Must be able to solve problems and communicate well with supervisory staff, physician offices, nursing team
- Patient assessments
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as ordered by a physician
- Coordination of care
- Health promotion and teaching
- Education to Clients and family members
- 1:1 patient care ratio
