Outreach, a subsidiary of Gloo is entering into an exciting, high-growth season and is looking for a Digital Product Manager responsible for driving revenue growth for digital products by improving existing offerings and developing new solutions that address industry needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and work cross-functionally to enhance product value and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly collaborative, and passionate about building innovative digital solutions that serve churches and ministries effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Product Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to grow digital product revenue.
- Identify market opportunities and define new product initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize product offerings and pricing.
Product Development & Improvement
- Enhance existing digital products based on user feedback and industry trends.
- Work with engineering and design teams to develop new features and solutions.
- Oversee product roadmaps, ensuring timely execution and quality improvements.
Customer Insights & Market Research
- Conduct research to understand customer pain points and industry needs.
- Gather and analyze data and review competitors to inform product decisions.
- Leverage user feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
- Provide training and materials to support sales efforts.
- Monitor adoption and customer satisfaction, adjusting strategies as needed.
OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to align product initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve UI/UX on Outreach.com and other digital platforms, including projects beyond digital products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to overall business growth initiatives.
- Collaborates with the team building ads to improve ad design for highest impact. This may require you to dig in and build some ads, as well.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both customer and internal collaboration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing processes.
- Understanding of Christianity, the Christian church, and pastoral leadership is required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record in creating, managing, and scaling digital products generating $1M in annual revenue.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales and strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
