Responsibilities

- Engage in territory sales by developing strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
- Perform product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage accounts by maintaining ongoing relationships, addressing client inquiries, and providing exceptional service.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Utilize inside sales techniques to follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
Experience
- Proven experience in direct sales or account management is preferred.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and lead generation strategies is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that resonate with clients.
- Experience in analyzing data to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- Previous experience in territory sales or inside sales is a plus.
