- Qualifications of Physical Therapist :
- In Home - Masters degree a minimum requirement
- 1 year of experience working with older adults preferred.
- Home care experience a plus.

- Responsibilities of Physical Therapist :
- We assess patients home environments for safety and environmental barriers
- provide fall risk assessments
- address physical underlying impairments and how it affects overall function
- ambulatory aid and adaptive equipment training
- education to patient and caregiver regarding compensatory strategies and or a Home exercise program
