What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Outreach Agent position at Outreach Program Services of America?
Who Are We: We are Outreach Program Services of America, a nationwide
community outreach organization.
Our Impact: We are currently servicing 22 states, with 275 Outreach Representatives helping over 28k families every month get access to Federal Resource Programs.
How we outreach: We call it community engagement! Our Outreach Organization services the community by providing the education and resources to qualify and receive Federal Benefits.
The Process: As an Outreach Agent you will help the applicant with their application which takes approximately (10) minutes. You will do simple data entry and ensure they get approved for the assistance they qualify for.
Who do we help?
People receiving these benefits are who we serve:
· Disability
· SNAP (food stamps)
· Medicaid
· Free Lunch Program
· Supplement Security Income (SSI)
· Child Health Plan
· Low Income Housing Assistance
· Program (LIHEAP)
· Federal Public Housing Program (SECTION 8)
· Low Income (under $90k) or No Income
Ideal Candidate for Outreach:
· Must be 18 or older
· Must pass a background check.
· Customer service and Sales experience.
· Team player, good communication skills, people person.
· Must have Transportation and access to internet (cellphone, tablet, laptop)
Expectations:
- Available for 30 weekly hours minimum.
- Accountable to team structure and weekly quota.
- Quota: Help ( 30) families a week
Compensation:
Weekly Pay Weekly Bonuses Daily EARNINGS!
· Agents receive daily compensation.
· Pay is weekly. Bonuses are Weekly.
· Each application takes approximately (10) minutes to qualify for approval.
· Agents are provided with hands on training and the resources to succeed.
