We are seeking a motivated Client Success Coordinator to join our team!
The Client Success Coordinator will report to the Client Success Leader and will support the Leadership Team to assist with client servicing, marketing, and sales. More specifically, this person will assist with marketing and sales activities, including CRM management and local event opportunities, as well as become an expert in the promotional products industry while managing a book of clients under the guidance of the Client Success Leader.
ABOUT YOU
● You ideally have 2 years of relevant work experience in customer success, account management, or other related fields (SaaS experience a plus)
● You value sharing knowledge, personal growth, positive feedback, and continuously improving operational and team practices
● You have the drive to multitask and manage a high volume of accounts in a fast-paced environment
● You have the ability to gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for internal teams
● You possess a passion for building strong customer relationships and driving value for their business
● A curiosity that fuels inquisition, self-learning and ultimately, autonomy
● You have experience with creative development and brand-building, as well as a keen eye for detail
● You have strong organization, project management, and communication skills.
● You are comfortable with computers and MS Office Suite, primarily with Excel and PowerPoint

Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
