Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Build and drive a scalable GTM systems roadmap that aligns with business goals—integrating seamlessly with existing platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, etc).
- Design and implement system solutions and workflows that align with business goals, focusing on automation, data integrity, and scalability— leveraging a team of internal and external Admins and Architects.
- Effectively partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success/Support and Operations to define business requirements, design system enhancements, and implement impactful solutions.
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain GTM technology solutions, focusing on seller productivity, operational efficiency, and scalability while maintaining robust security controls and permissions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for system design, Salesforce governance, documentation, and data integrity, ensuring accurate and consistent data across platforms.
- Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and coaching to a high-performing team of system operations professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee complex projects, continuously assess emerging technologies, and implement solutions to enhance GTM workflows, analytics, reporting, and tool adoption.
- 8 years of experience building and owning GTM operations and systems. Experience in technical SaaS offering is strongly preferred, and experience with product-led growth motions is a plus.
- Leadership Experience: Proven Experience in leading or managing teams, preferably in a rev ops organization. Leading, mentoring and developing a high performing team through effective communication, team management and interpersonal skills
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce architecture and hands-on GTM engineering skills, with experience managing complex systems and implementations.
- Deep knowledge of tooling, activities, and administrative best practices across the full revenue lifecycle—including Salesforce, CPQ solutions, and adjacent tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, UserGems, and Linked in.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to build strong partnerships with and influence GTM, Finance, and Product teams and proven success in influencing stakeholders, attention to detail & an exceptional sense of ownership.
- Excellent ability to hire, develop talent, and lead high-performing teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity—able to spot opportunities, prioritize effectively, and deliver scalable solutions while balancing short-term needs with long-term.
Salary : $134,000 - $160,000
