What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with other Restaurant Managers to oversee dining operations and ensure top-tier member satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team in your designated dining area, emphasizing excellence and service.
- Foster meaningful connections with members, creating experiences that reflect the spirit of Aloha.
- Work with culinary teams to plan and execute exceptional dining experiences and events.
- Report to the Food & Beverage Director and Assistant Director, contributing to a cohesive and effective leadership structure.
- Ensure compliance with Honolulu Liquor Commission policies, health codes, and Club standards.
- Contribute to budget management, staff scheduling, and operational efficiencies to support team and Club goals.
- An experienced restaurant leader with at least 2 years of management experience.
- A collaborative professional who values teamwork and thrives in a shared leadership environment.
- Certified in Honolulu County Liquor Commission, ServSafe Manager’s Food Safety, and TB Medical Clearance.
- Passionate about hospitality, with a focus on innovation and member satisfaction.
- Ready to grow professionally while embracing the Aloha spirit.
