Develops and directs a professional internal audit function, globally, for OUTRIGGER. Plans and conduct audits, primarily for property operations and designated corporate functions; evaluates regulatory requirements applicable to business processes; the level of internal controls in place to address compliance; the scope and frequency of communication and training of appropriate hosts required to comply with regulations and company policies; may evaluate the application, effectiveness, consistency and accuracy of appropriate internal controls; prepares and presents findings, analysis and recommendations for improvement to relevant stakeholders; follows up and monitors the implementation of the recommendations, conducts follow-up audits to ensure corrective actions have been taken; identifies opportunities for improving audit processes and methodologies. Supports the governance function of the company's ESG platform. Works independently under general direction with reasonable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
Minimum Requirements
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) issued by the Institute of Internal Auditors or Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification or Public Accounting in Audit Practices required. A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in internal auditing, business analysis or program evaluation required. Experience in the hospitality industry preferred with strong understanding of hotel operations, financial reporting, auditing procedures, and risk management practices.

Salary : $108,000 - $118,800
