Job Duties
Exemplifies the spirit of “Aloha” while assisting guests in alignment with Outrigger Honua Kai policies and procedures. Serves as a welcoming and knowledgeable point of contact for guests, embodying warmth, compassion, and respect in every interaction. Provides guidance and leadership as the Lead Guest Service Representative, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality customer service by mentoring team members and maintaining operational excellence. Acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of department heads, overseeing daily operations, making key decisions, and addressing guest needs promptly to uphold service standards and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience is required. Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
