Job Duties
Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Assists the Front Desk Manager in providing guidance and leadership as the lead Front Desk Agent ensuring smooth operation of the department and consistent customer service is being delivered to guest.
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience is required. Must be able to work overnight shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
