Directly responsible for the overall operations and effective management of the OUTRIGGER Honua Kai Resort and Spa Rental program. Working closely with the AOAO to ensure grounds and public areas are in pristine condition. Ensuring effective leadership of resort operations and all on-site departments in addition to effective communication with OUTRIGGER Corporate office. Maximize profitability, customer satisfaction levels, product quality, service standards, facility maintenance, workplace harmony and property safety practices in accordance with accepted Outrigger Resorts & Hotels standards. Maintains positive and proactive communication with individual unit Owners to ensure retention and growth of OUTRIGGER Managed units at the property. Collaborates with the HKCA Board of Directors and attends Annual Owner Meetings. Responsible to actively promote the property as a quality condominium resort. Represent and promote the resort as a caring and supportive corporate citizen in all local community activities.
Minimum Requirements
Previous experience in condominium and hotel management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable job knowledge and skills have been acquired can be substituted for a degree. Minimum five (5) years experience in all phases of condominium and / or hotel / resort management, including sales, marketing, yielding, reservation, daily management of all areas of operations involving human resources, budget management, rooms, housekeeping, resort maintenance, long-range planning and administration of services.
Compensation & Benefits :
116,000-127,600, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience and / or education.
