Job Duties
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the OUTRIGGER Platinum Membership Manager. As a key member of our team, this position will play a vital role in driving sales growth and maximizing revenue by effectively promoting and selling our exclusive Platinum Membership program. Membership Manager's primary responsibilities will be to meet annual goals through strategic initiatives, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and expand our guest base. Operating from the lobby area, the Membership Manager will actively engage with guests, educate them about the benefits of our new program, and highlight its value. This role is pivotal in maximizing our success and fostering long-lasting relationships with potential members.
Minimum Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets. Proven sales experience in a luxury retail environment. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create lasting relationships with clients. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Compensation& Benefits:
$61,000-$68,000, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience and/or education.
