Job Duties
Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Responsible for updating availability, rates, and inventory in distribution systems, generating and compiling data and completing reports to support revenue management processes, and providing revenue recommendations and administrative support to property Revenue Leaders to maximize revenues. Responsible for supporting managing of vacation rental extranets including and not limited to prompt responses to guest inquiries, coordinating pre-arrival communication to guests, processing reservations requests, coordinating updates with corporate distribution and contact center.
