Responsible for training each security officer in their job role and duties. Ensuring both Guest and Host Safety through routine patrols, comprehensive investigations, and thorough report writing. OUTRIGGER Kauai Beach Resort's security team strives to be best in class, building exceptional partnerships, through awareness and pro-activity. Coordinate Security Supervisors and Security Officers day to day operations. Responsible for maintaining department standards with supervisors and line-level Hosts, elevate, develop and grow the department. Extensive knowledge of departmental policy and procedures, operations, and a thorough knowledge of the Hawaii Guard Card laws.

Minimum Requirements

Associates or Bachelors degree in related field. Minimum of three years previous experience in Safety & Security and guest service is highly preferred. Hawaii State Guard Card required. General computer along with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

Compensation& Benefits:

$73,000-$80,300, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience and/or education.
