Responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Specialty Reservations department, including, but not limited to, answering guest interactions (e-mail and calls), handling escalated issues as well as handling, researching and resolving booking issues, while providing the guest with a 4 Keys Guest Experience. The Host must provide a world-class customer experience by following customer service guidelines to exceed customer expectations. In addition, the position the Host must meet or exceed department Key Performance Indicator’s and maintaining efficient operational standards with a high degree of accuracy. Specialty Reservations will include Wholesale, Group Reservations, VIP/Comp, Condo Owner, Outrigger Business Connection, and others as determined.
One year of hospitality experience or two years general customer service experience highly preferred. Data entry and contact center knowledge preferred.
