You will be responsible for creating engaging content, building relationships with influencers, tracking social media performance, and staying ahead of industry trends. This is an exciting opportunity for a social media-savvy individual to make a significant impact on our brand and contribute to the growth of our online community.Key Responsibilities : Lead the creation and execution of a well-organized, dynamic posting calendar to ensure consistent delivery of fresh, relevant, and engaging content.Oversee optimal publishing schedules across all social platforms, adjusting content types and posting frequency based on audience insights and platform best practices.Develop captivating captions, copy, and multimedia content that resonate with our audience and align with the OUTRIGGER brand's voice.Coordinate influencer stays, track deliverables, and monitor campaign performance to ensure a seamless experience and a mutually beneficial partnership.Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with key influencers and brand advocates, fostering loyalty and ensuring high-quality future collaborations.Leverage data to provide strategic recommendations for optimizing content, campaign performance, and audience engagement.Keep a pulse on emerging trends in social media, platform updates, and shifts in audience behavior, leveraging this knowledge to enhance our social strategy.Skills & Qualifications : 3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to effectively engage audiences across them.Come Work Here!Compensation & Benefits : $64,000-70,400, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant's skills, experience and / or education.Health Insurance (Dental, Medical, Prescription, Vision)Paid Holidays, Sick, Vacation and Medical LeaveRetirement Plan (401K)Recognition and Award ProgramsEmployee Assistance ProgramDiscounted Hotel RatesAnd many opportunities for growth through our training and development programs!
