Job Duties :
- Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
- Supports the direction of the Food & Beverage Manager / Director in day-to-day service operations.
- Collaborates with other managers in promoting the sales of food & beverage products.
- Responsible for ensuring quality food and service is provided to all guests and maintaining safety of the department and guests.
