Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Rental Pool to maximize revenue and maintain high unit quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with OUTRIGGER Corporate office.
- Implement strategies to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction levels, product quality, service standards, facility maintenance, workplace harmony, and property safety practices in accordance with accepted OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels standards.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field.
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in hotel or resort management, including sales, marketing, yielding, reservation, daily management of all areas of operations involving human resources, budget management, rooms, housekeeping, resort maintenance, long-range planning, and administration of services.
