We are seeking a talented Upscale Hotel Account Manager to join our team at the OUTRIGGER Kauai Beach Resort. As a key member of our commercial business unit, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth to meet group sales targets.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, a strong client base, and a deep understanding of the upscale hotel sector. They will take a proactive approach to sales, leveraging existing relationships and nurturing OHG Resorts clients through strategic selling.
This role requires collaboration across departments and properties, utilizing the commercial business unit structure to meet group sales goals. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with comparable technical training and five years' previous sales experience within the Travel Industry.
