Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for Payments and Quick Services at OutScout.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing targeted value propositions, strategic programs, and innovative engagement methods beyond standard approaches. They will drive adoption and usage by understanding the buyer's needs and preferences.
GTM Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and validate buyer personas based on research and interviews.
- Define value propositions, messaging, and positioning frameworks by persona.
- Identify key characteristics of ideal prospects versus poor-fit prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a GTM playbook to equip sales and marketing teams with core sales materials, marketing assets, and demand generation (DG) campaign concepts.
- Drive and manage GTM for product releases, ensuring alignment across sales and marketing.
- Partner with Product Management to inform roadmap prioritization using feedback from sales, competitive insights, and churn analysis.
- Create training and certification programs to ensure commercial teams have a strong baseline of product knowledge.
