Mission:
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Payments and Quick Services, driving adoption and usage through targeted value propositions and innovative engagement methods.
Key Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes:
- PAYMENTS GTM Strategy & Execution:
- Buyer Understanding:
- Research and interview buyers to develop and validate personas, including decision-makers and buying committees.
- Define value propositions, messaging, and positioning frameworks tailored to each persona.
- Determine key characteristics of ideal prospects versus poor-fit prospects.
- Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution:
- Create a GTM playbook to equip sales and marketing teams, including core sales materials, marketing assets, and demand generation campaign concepts.
- Drive and manage GTM for product releases, ensuring alignment across sales and marketing.
- Partner with Product Management to inform roadmap prioritization using feedback from sales, competitive insights, and churn analysis.
- Develop programs to support high-priority product releases (e.g., marketing beta programs).
- Establish training and certification programs to ensure commercial teams have a strong baseline of product knowledge.
- QUICK SERVICES GTM Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and validate buyer personas, identifying the right product fit for each customer.
- Define value propositions and positioning frameworks tailored to different customer needs.
- Ensure seamless integration of Quick Services into the overall product ecosystem.
- Expected Outcomes:
- Payments is seamlessly integrated into the company's marketing and sales strategies and recognized by buyers as a key platform benefit.
