We're dedicated to enhancing user interviews, reducing latency, and ensuring the best possible user experience.

You'll be working closely with both our CTO and CEO, diving deep into the technical challenges and innovations that drive Outset forward. We are an in-person team, typically coming into the office between 3-4 days per week.

🏗️ What You’ll Be Doing Here
- Building and refining the core features of Outset.
- Implementing and enhancing our real-time interview tech and in-house Large Language Model.
- Directly interfacing with users to gather feedback and improve our product.
- Collaborating with the CTO and CEO on product direction and strategic decisions.
- Working on the frontend with Typescript & Next.js, all hosted on Vercel.
