What You'll Do
Lead Fun & Engaging Martial Arts Classes - Teach youth the fundamentals of martial arts, including technique, discipline, and respect The Martial Arts Instructor will teach the fundamentals of Martial Arts to participants ages 7 to 13.
Build Confidence & Character - Encourage students to set goals, overcome challenges, and develop self-discipline
Create a Positive & Safe Learning Environment - Foster an inclusive space where all youth feel welcome and supported
Engage with Students & Families - Communicate progress, answer questions, and inspire lifelong learning
Ensure Safety & Proper Technique - Guide students through warm-ups, drills, and exercises while ensuring injury prevention ️⚠️

What We're Looking For
- Passion for Martial Arts & Teaching - Background in karate, taekwondo, judo, jiu-jitsu, or other martial arts disciplines
- Energetic & Positive Instructor - Ability to create a fun, engaging, and structured learning experience for youth
- Strong Communication & Leadership Skills - Ability to motivate and guide students while ensuring a safe environment, maintain attendance, and help recruit students
- Experience Working with Youth - Prior experience teaching, coaching, or mentoring kids is a plus!
- CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification from the American Red Cross, America Heart Association, or ASHI (must be obtained within 60 days of hire, no online only certifications accepted.)
- Must be 18 or older.
