Team Leader

We are now accepting applications for a Team Leader position. This position will be supervised by the Associate Director of Residential Services.

Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance and Documentation
• Oversight of Cabins and Youth Workers
• Responsible for Daily Operations
• Emergency Response

Qualifications: Candidates are preferred to possess the following:

• Associate's degree (preferred)
• Interest or experience in camping or wilderness instruction
• 1-2 Years’ experience in the field
• Valid Driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• The ability to secure a satisfactory criminal record check
• The ability to secure a satisfactory ChildLine clearance
• Work schedule: Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
