Searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Team!
Outsource Receivables, Inc. is searching for a confident professional that is an expert at patient accounts with 1 years of call center experience. Candidates will have one or more of the following skill sets: customer service, call center representative, accounts receivables, collections, medical billing, healthcare reception, accounts receivables experience, etc. The candidate must have proven productivity track record, great attitude, thrive in a fast paced production environment, be quality oriented, and possess the ability to adapt to a variety of technologies.
Since 1998 Outsource Receivables, Inc. (ORI) has been helping mid-sized medical clinics improve their revenue cycle management processes and cash flow. ORI provides medical billing and coding services to 30 surgical, family practice, specialty, and mental health clinics. What differentiates ORI is our expertise driven workflow processes, culture of responsiveness, and state of the art technology.
Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities
- Inbound/outbound calls and chat in fast paced environment
- Resolving patient billing statement questions and account issues
- Obtaining payments and establishing payment plans
- Updating incomplete or missing information on accounts
- Documentation and follow-up entries on account
- Operating Practice Management and ORI workflow software
Customer Service Representative Key Results
- Meet and exceed 100% of daily and monthly workflow quotas
- 100% documentation and follow-up on requests
- Issues identified and solved within 48 hours
- Effective communications with patients, staff and management
- Represent all clinics in a professional and positive manner
- Manage calls daily in fast paced environment
Qualifications:
- Previous health care related experience
- One or more years of call center/clinic customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of insurance and medical billing terminology
- Knowledge of basic account principles and patient billing
