What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apparel Pattern Maker position at Outsourced Fashion Consulting?

OFC is looking for a RELIABLE freelance pattern maker to help with patterns for development, pre production and production. We are looking for someone with experience in different categories, like mens, womens, kids, wovens, knits, swimwear and activewear. Technical design and tech pack creation is a must. This person will work directly with the cut and sew teams.

candidate needs to be located in Los Angeles, please do not apply if not located in the area.

Qualifications :

5 years of experience in the fashion industry

Los Angeles based

Technical Design is required

Fashion related degree

Strong experience with sewing

Good communication skills

Team player

Problem solver

Grading is a plus

3D renderings are a must- please do not apply if you have no capabilities for 3D renderings.

Technical packet construction is required

swimwear and underwear experience is a plus

Gerber software needed

Garment dye is a plus

Experienced in ready to wear, activewear and swimwear
