Job Description

We are seeking a professional individual for the role of Operations Manager of Commercial Cleaning Services!

This position requires thorough knowledge of commercial cleaning at the management level. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to :

Client Relations and training
Customer relations
Inspecting accounts
Maintaining a customer retention rate
Starting and maintaining customer accounts
Gathering and reporting production numbers
Sales support

Job Requirements :

2 years experience in the commercial cleaning industry

2 years negotiating experience

Floor care experience : Stripping and recoating, burnishing, carpet extraction and bonneting carpets

The ability to lead, direct and motivate staff

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus

Must be flexible to work nights and weekends as needed
