What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Ambassador position at Outta Boundz Entertainment?
At Outta Boundz (Coming in June 2023), Our Marketing Ambassador will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development and implementation of marketing programs for the organization's campaigns across several networks and channels, both digital and traditional. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations and work with internal and external partners to launch campaigns and build marketing/advertising plans that align with each brand's goals.
Requirements
- Knowledge of effective advertising mediums
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in writing print, advertising campaigns, and coordinating special events
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently across levels within the organization
Responsibilities
- Manages and implements the organization's advertising and promotional activities
- Maintains knowledge of emerging products and services
- Helps to evolve the brand with an omnichannel perspective across all marketing touchpoints
- Drives the development of seasonal brand campaign activations, plans, and assists with the execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Serve as the point of contact with advertising platform representatives at third-party networks and agencies
- Work with management teams and marketing heads to set plans, goals, and provide reporting and campaign feedback
- Manage and oversee marketing/brand strategy and messaging across all media channels to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Create clear creative briefs, manage timelines, and recap marketing performance for senior management
- Provide clear and concise feedback to agencies, deploy email campaigns, update websites via CMS, and implement multi-channel campaigns
- Must be proactive, highly organized, able to work with minimal supervision, and a strong multi-tasker, to maintain a fast-paced workload
