What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Outtasight Window Tint & Vehicle Wraps?
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative or CSR, with strong phone skills, greet customers, provide product/services information to customers, respond to questions about our products. Must have Retail Sales experience, having knowledge of the automobiles is a plus but not required, a professional appearance, maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a very fast-paced environment. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls, Book Appointments, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Generate sales, cross-selling, Identify and Assess customers' needs.
- Be able to work with well with other employees be part of the Team
- Be able to be at work on time
- Must have Drivers License and reliable vehicle to get to work
- Be able to use QuickBooks, make receipts, use credit card machine, be able to operate cash register and other office equipment.
- Able to learn our products quickly
- Maintain a clean and orderly appearance throughout sales floor and other areas of building.
- High School Diploma
- Able to work overtime
