Outten CDJR of Tamaqua is in need of a vehicle sales consultant. Job responsibilities include demonstrating new and pre-owned vehicle features and helping customer find the right vehicle for them at the right budget.
Bilingual is a plus but not necessary.
We provide all the training necessary to build a career in the automobile business.
Good computer and communication skills are a must.
Sales consultants may promote all pre-owned inventory from the five Outten dealerships and all new CDJR vehicles from the Hamburg and Tamaqua locations
There is a salaried compensation plan or a commission-based plan available for those with experience. We will work with each applicant to determine the best plan for them.
A 5-day 40-45 hour per week schedule will be established with each applicant including a day off during the week. Our showroom hours are Monday-Thursday 9-6 , Friday 9-5, Saturday 9-2.

Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience in automotive sales and leasing

- Bilingual proficiency to cater to diverse clientele
