Job Title: Game Host
Department: Entertainment
Reports To: Owner
Summary:
The Game Host is responsible for hosting game nights (Trivia, Music Bingo, etc.) at different establishments. The responsibilities for this role include inviting friends and family to our events, public speaking and hosting, keeping the game moving through music selection, participating in the game with banter, and interacting with guests. Hosts will also be included by getting info about expansion, and future plans.

Responsibilities:
- Keep the game moving at a brisk pace and ensure that all guests have a chance to participate.
- Inviting friends and family to events and getting new teams/people to come to our events.
- Interact with guests and staff in a friendly and engaging manner during the game night by walking up and talking.
- Maintain a positive and fun atmosphere.
- Being able to lift/bring in equipment up to 35 pounds.
- Other duties as assigned.
- As a host, you will not be guaranteed a permanent place of hosting until a place is found for you, you may begin as a substitute host.
- Work will be on an Independent Contractor Basis
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think quickly and under pressure.
- Ability to hop in and learn quickly.
- Knowledge of a variety of topics is a plus.
- Being enrolled in a college institution is a plus.
- Knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets, and Canva is a plus.
- Basic knowledge on videography is a plus.
