Job Description
SUMMARY
Work hands-on to oversee all information technology (IT) operations at Katmai in support of the business needs of the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist VP of IT in the management, coordination, and administration of all computer and information system-related services, projects, and programs at Katmai.
- Assume responsibility for all IT system implementations, operations, and monitoring.
- Ensure that all systems are compliant with the current revision of NIST 800-171.
- Work with cybersecurity team to maintain System Security Plan (SSP) and Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM).
- Provide support to cybersecurity and system administration teams for all third-party assessments, formal audits, and incident response activities.
- Maintain Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Incident Response Plans.
- Supervise and assist in the administration of the following :
Physical and virtual servers.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day management of the IT department, to include oversight of the group's support technicians, system administrators, developers, and cybersecurity team.

WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
TRAVEL
Potential for travel. When required, employee will need to complete an MVR check.
DRIVING REQUIREMENT
Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver's license and be insurable on the company's automobile insurance policy. Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling and / or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 5%.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is expected to be remote; however, the company reserves the right to require onsite work.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequent sitting, using hands / fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing; occasional walking, crawling, or standing, occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
